Which charger do I need: single-phase or three-phase?

It depends on your home supply and the car. Single-phase (up to 7.4 kW) runs on a standard household supply and charges most cars overnight. Three-phase (11–22 kW) needs a three-phase supply and a car that supports it — 2–3× faster. Send us the car model and your supply type and we will propose the right one.

Do I need an electrician to install a wallbox?

Yes — a wallbox is a fixed installation on its own breaker with an RCD, and must be fitted by a licensed electrician. We supply the unit and the manual; installation is paid separately.

How long does home charging take?

Roughly: battery capacity divided by charger power. A 60 kWh car on 7.4 kW goes from empty to full in about 8–9 h; on 11 kW in about 6 h. In practice you top up a fraction each day, so a night is always enough.

How do I pay and how long does delivery take?
