2. What Data We Collect

  • Account Data: name and surname, email, phone, delivery address (when creating an account or making a purchase).
  • Purchase Data: ordered products, amounts, payment method, order history. We do not see or store credit card data — processing is done by an authorized payment processor with SSL encryption.
  • Newsletter: email address, only with your consent.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, visited pages (logs and cookies — see Cookie Policy).
  • Communication: content of inquiries, complaints, and correspondence with us.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contract Execution: order processing, delivery, billing, complaints, and service (basis: contract).
  • Legal Obligations: issuing and storing invoices, accounting, tax regulations (basis: law).
  • Legitimate Interest: website security, abuse prevention, service improvement.
  • Consent: newsletter, marketing, and analytical cookies — you can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting previously performed processing.

Providing data for marketing is neither a legal nor a contractual obligation nor a condition for purchase.

4. Who Has Access to Data (Recipients)

We share data only when necessary: Pošta Crne Gore, the national postal operator (delivery), payment processors (billing), IT/hosting service providers (system maintenance), authorized services (repairs), and state authorities when required by law. We have contracts with processors that obligate them to protect data. We do not sell data to third parties.

5. Data Retention Periods

  • Account data — as long as the account exists, or until a deletion request is made.
  • Invoices and sales documentation — within legal deadlines for accounting and tax documentation.
  • Newsletter — until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribed with one click in each message).
  • Logs and technical data — for short periods necessary for security and statistics.

6. Your Rights

At any time, you have the right to request from us:

  • access to your data and information about processing,
  • correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
  • deletion of data when there is no longer a basis for processing,
  • restriction of processing and objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • portability of data you provided to us,
  • withdrawal of consent at any time.

Submit your request to info@mobileland.me — we respond without delay, and no later than within the legal deadline. If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Montenegrin Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (AZLP), www.azlp.me.

7. Data Security

We apply technical and organizational measures of protection: SSL/TLS encryption of communication, controlled access to data only for authorized persons, logging of access, and regular system updates. No internet transmission is absolutely secure, but we protect data according to the highest available standards.

8. Minors

Our services are not intended for persons under 18 years old, and we do not intentionally collect their data.

9. Changes to the Policy

We may periodically update the policy; the current version is always published on this page with the update date.
