Frequently asked questions

Does my phone support wireless charging?
iPhone 8 and newer, Samsung S and Z series and premium models of other brands do. Most mid-range phones (e.g. Samsung A, Redmi Note) do not — a wireless charger will not work with them.
What is MagSafe?
Magnetic wireless charging for iPhone 12 and newer: the magnet aligns the phone by itself. It works through a MagSafe case; a regular case without magnets weakens the hold.
Is wireless charging slower?
Usually yes — wireless charging is slower than wired fast charging and the phone gets warmer. It is handy overnight and on a desk; for a quick top-up a USB-C charger is better.
How is it delivered and how do I pay?
Cash on delivery, 24–48 h across Montenegro, free delivery from €10, or pick it up in one of our 7 shops.
