How fast does the eSIM start working?
Right after payment you receive the installation QR code. Installing takes a few seconds, and the internet works as soon as you turn on the new mobile-data line.
Can I buy the eSIM before I arrive in Montenegro?
Yes. Buy and install the profile at home, then switch the line on when you land. The plan's validity runs from activation.
Does it work outside Montenegro?
Yes, every plan includes some data for the Western Balkans (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo) — 8 GB in eSIM 15 and eSIM Top, 11 GB in eSIM 20.
What if I run out of data or the plan expires?
Top up the same eSIM — no new profile needed. eSIM 15 and eSIM 20 add another 500 GB with your first top-up.
Can I make calls and send texts?
eSIM 15 and eSIM 20 are data-only (calls over WhatsApp, Viber and similar apps work normally). If you need a local number for calls and SMS, choose eSIM Top: 500 minutes and 500 texts with 500 GB.
Can I use the eSIM as a hotspot?
Yes, sharing the internet with a laptop or another phone works just like with a regular SIM.
