Frequently asked questions

What is a T10 (W5W) bulb and where is it used?
T10, also known as W5W, is a small bulb with a glass wedge base and no threads. It sits in position lights, plate lights, interior and boot lighting.
Why does a T10 LED sometimes not light up while the halogen did?
LED has polarity, halogen does not. Rotate the bulb 180° in the socket and it will light. If the car throws an error, take the CANBUS version.
Why does the car report a "bulb out" error after fitting LED?
LED draws a fraction of the current of a halogen bulb, so the CANBUS system assumes the bulb is missing. The fix is an error canceller (resistor/decoder) wired inline with the bulb — the warning disappears. For T10 and festoon a CANBUS version of the bulb is usually enough.
What warranty do the bulbs carry?
All LED and xenon bulbs come with a 12-month warranty. If a bulb fails within that time we replace it, no fuss. Halogen bulbs are consumables — the warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
How do I pay and how long does delivery take?
Payment is cash on delivery and courier delivery across Montenegro takes 24–48 h from order confirmation. MobileLand imports directly and keeps stock on hand — no waiting for a supplier.
