H7 is the most common low-beam fitting on European cars. Here are all our H7 bulbs — brighter LED replacements and classic halogen. If the car reports an error after fitting LED, the fix is an error canceller.
H7 is a single-filament bulb (PX26d base, 55 W). It most often runs the low beam, on many cars the high beam too. There is no dual-filament H7 — if one bulb does both beams, that is H4.
Does an H7 LED fit every H7 headlight?
Electrically yes — the base is identical. Mechanically, some vehicles (VW group, BMW, Mercedes, Peugeot) hold the H7 with an adapter ring, so the LED needs the matching holder. Not sure? Send us make and year and we will tell you exactly what you need.
Why does the car report a "bulb out" error after fitting LED?
LED draws a fraction of the current of a halogen bulb, so the CANBUS system assumes the bulb is missing. The fix is an error canceller (resistor/decoder) wired inline with the bulb — the warning disappears. For T10 and festoon a CANBUS version of the bulb is usually enough.
What warranty do the bulbs carry?
All LED and xenon bulbs come with a 12-month warranty. If a bulb fails within that time we replace it, no fuss. Halogen bulbs are consumables — the warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
