Right to Withdraw from the Contract (Distance Purchasing)

In accordance with the Montenegrin Consumer Protection Law, when making a distance purchase (online shopping), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise the Right to Withdraw

• Within 14 days of receiving the goods, send us an unequivocal statement of withdrawal — most simply by filling out the form below and sending it to info@mobileland.me, or by submitting it at any of our offices.
• Return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the date of sending the statement — to our office or by mail to our address.
• The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the goods are defective or the wrong goods were delivered.

Refund

• We will refund all received payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to your choice of more expensive delivery), without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement.
• We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them.
• We will make the refund using the same payment method you used, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

Return Conditions

• The goods must be unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in their original packaging with complete equipment.
• You are responsible for the reduced value of the goods that results from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right to Withdraw

The right to withdraw does not apply, among other things, to: sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after opening (e.g., headphones after use), sealed audio/video recordings and software if they are unsealed after delivery, as well as goods made to the customer's specification.
